Affordable housing strategy and policy
Working with local authority housing, planning and private sector teams to formulate affordable housing policy enabling and strategy, including rural enabling. Appraising and negotiating with developers.
Interim senior management
Primarily within development and regeneration departments at Director and Senior level, to provide interim resource or 'troubleshooting' resource.
Private Sector Interface
Working with developers and private housing providers to successfully interface with public sector partners. This ranges from negotiating and brokering affordable housing purchases to assisting with PFI and other cross sector initiatives.
Audit
To assist organisations by carrying out internal scheme work audits and reviews of policies, processes and procedures.
Training
This ranges from general overview day courses including 'Affordable Housing Delivery' 'Practical Project Management' to assist in awareness raising within organisations. Modules to cover each part of the development progress and organisation roles can also be provided to give a greater depth.
